From Jeff Schwilk: Democratic Candidate in CD-50 a Federal Fraud

Concerned Leaders,

See the three attached documents that we pulled from the courthouse records and from the Registrar of Voters today.   Two of them show that he filed to run for Congress on March 6^th under the name “Ammar Campa-Najjar” and that is what erroneously appeared on the ballot just 3 months later.  In Document A7 1 he actually lists his name as Ammar Campa.

 

The other document shows that his LEGAL name up until June 12^th, 2018, a full week after the June 5^th Primary, was Ammar Yasser Najjar.  He should have appeared on the June 5^th Primary ballot as Ammar Najjar or Ammar Y. Najjar.  Those were his only two legal options to reflect his true name and identity.

 

We confirmed with the Registrar, Michael Vu, that it is a violation of FEC and state rules to run for Congress or any office under a fake name / alias / nickname, which Ammar clearly did.

 

In my non-legal opinion, that is election fraud done purposely with the intent to mislead the voters as to the true identity of Candidate Najjar and he should be disqualified from his “Top 2” victory on June 5^th and removed from the Nov. 6^th ballot.   At the very least, every voter in the 50^th CD should know that Najjar purposely and knowingly filed false paperwork with the Registrar and lied to the voters in the Primary for political gain – to help create a false “Latino persona”, as opposed to his legal Arab name, to woo voters.

 

I’ll keep you posted as this hits the media and is reported to the FEC next week.  In the meantime, do what you have to do with these smoking gun legal documents and information here. 

 

Ammar Najjar is not the squeaky clean all-American boy he tries to pretend he is in his efforts to get voters in the 50^th to vote for him over the embattled Duncan Hunter.

Another Border Patrol Agent Assaulted by Illegals at the California Border near Calexico

Calexico, CA Tuesday.  80 attacks on BP agents so far this year in that area compared to just 23 all of last year.  Open border anarchy and violence reigns while Congress continues to fiddle and push mass amnesties, which would only attract more illegals from the south.

A U.S. border patrol agent was assaulted while attempting to apprehend a group of illegal immigrants crossing the border in California on Tuesday.

The unidentified agent was patrolling near the Calexico West Port of Entry and the New River when he came across a group of individuals trying to cross the border from Mexico.

The agent, who was by himself, was able to detain one man and place him in custody in the back of his service vehicle. When he turned his attention to the rest of the group, another member of the group exited the river and opened the rear passenger door, allowing the man in custody to attempt an escape.

The two men ran towards the river and the agent pursed them.

“He was resisting arrest, actively resisting, pulling away. While the agent was trying to make the arrest other members of the group began to throw rocks and other objects, verbally shout threats at the agent,” Agent Justin Zaffuto told KYMA.

The agent suffered minor injuries, officials said.

The border-crosser who had originally been placed inside the vehicle was re-apprehended.  He faces federal criminal charges for the alleged assault on the agent.  – Good!

The rest of the group fled back to Mexico.

“The New River and immediate surrounding area remains one of our most challenging and dangerous areas to work,” El Centro Sector Assistant Chief Patrol Agent David Kim said in a statement. “The border wall system replacing the old fencing in that area is a solid step in mitigating those challenges.”

Zaffuto told KYMA that physical attacks on agents have increased this year.

“Compared to last year, we had 23 all year,” he said. “This year so far, we’ve had 80 assaults on agents. A lot of the times, agents are working by themselves.”

He continued: “It’s a 24-hour operation. You might be in areas where it’s dark, completely dark and you encounter a large group. Just the numbers alone is a disadvantage.”

Border Agents Under Attack: #BuildThatWall

CONGRESS, FUND BORDER SECURITY NOW!   Quit holding vital homeland security funding hostage to mass amnesty for illegal aliens!

A 19 year old Mexican illegal alien attacked a Border Patrol Agent early Sunday morning and then stole his ATV in the Tijuana River Valley (Spooner’s Mesa), well north of the border.  Other agents caught up to him and shot him.  The alien attacker was taken to a hospital and is expected to live.  Thankfully the agent hit by the rock was not seriously injured, this time.

The incident is still under investigation and hopefully the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s office will bring full charges against the Mexican invader for assault and robbery.

The SDUT loves to run front page stories everyday about “poor” illegal alien minors and teens who are separated by their criminal alien parents when they get caught crossing our border illegally, but this illegal alien Mexican teen and the story about him trying to kill one of our brave BP agents right here in San Diego was pushed to Page 2 of the Local Section and a small blurb in today’s paper.  Shameful yellow journalism by the far left, open-border, pro-Mexico SD Union Tribune.  Daily fake news and left wing propaganda and spin to keep the status quo and our borders wide open to “cheap” peasant  foreign labor and votes.

Huge Win: Ryan Amnesty Killed

Huge win for the American people!   Thank you to everyone who has been calling and messaging House Republicans and President Trump.  Your actions led to this stunning victory for our country today.

Paul Ryan got humiliated today when his mass amnesty bill got slaughtered in the House, 301-121.   

Over 110 good Republicans rose up and killed this horrible bill.

Diane Harkey for Congress! (Say NO to Rocky the RINO!)

See attached mailer that Diane Harkey sent out last week to voters.  

That is what we are looking for in all candidates and politicians in California, a key border state that has been overwhelmed by illegal immigration and crime, drugs, and smuggling from Mexico due to our open borders and lax enforcement of our laws.

 

SDSB endorsed Harkey back in February for the 49^th District over 15 other candidates running for that open seat (Issa is quitting).  Ms. Harkey has promised to secure our borders, end sanctuary cities and states, and enforce our immigration laws.

Rocky Chavez is 100% pro-mass amnesty for 20-30 million ILLEGAL aliens hiding in the U.S. (4-6 million in California alone) and full benefits for them.  He’s against a border wall and has bashed President Trump publicly both before and after the election.  He also votes with the Democrats on raising our taxes and other far left progressive issues.  If Rocky Chavez had any integrity, he would be running for Congress as a Democrat.
